How quickly will I get a reply?
We reply to every message within 24 hours on working days, and usually the same day. For the fastest help, chat with us on WhatsApp.
How do I become a NearPe partner?
Create a free account online, complete your KYC and add money to your wallet to start offering services. You can also send us a message and our team will help you choose the right partner level.
My transaction failed or is pending. What should I do?
Most pending transactions update automatically within a few minutes. If the status does not change, contact support with the transaction ID from your report and we will check it for you. Amounts for failed transactions are refunded to your wallet.
Which languages does your team speak?
Our team can help you in English, Hindi and Bengali.
